Hello! I’m Michael Pazoga, a retired Electronics & Electro-Mechanical Product Development and Manufacturing Engineer. After spending over 30 years in the high-tech industry, I created this platform to share the knowledge and insights I gained throughout my career, along with my passion for technology, education, and innovation.
My Professional Journey
Throughout my career, I worked across electrical design, circuit board assembly, electro-mechanical assembly, manufacturing equipment design, facility setup and oversight, employee training, and advanced process work — including lithography for microprocessors. I am also an expert in IPC 610 and MIL-STD-2000 standards.
I had the privilege of witnessing the rapid evolution of electronics and technology, shaping industries and societies in ways I couldn’t have imagined when I first entered the field. This site is my way of passing along that experience, offering resources for students who are eager to explore the ever-changing world of technology and manufacturing.
My Mission: Empowering Future Generations
One of my core passions is STEM education. I strongly believe that fostering curiosity and critical thinking among young people is key to preparing them for the future workforce. The demand for STEM professionals continues to grow, and through my work, I aim to raise awareness about the importance of introducing students to the exciting and rewarding world of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.
To support this mission, I design high-quality electronics soldering kits exclusively for educational use. These kits are intended as learning aids and teaching tools for instructors with advanced technical and assembly skills, who can then guide students through hands-on projects. By targeting American high schools and similar institutions, my goal is to make STEM education more accessible and affordable, while providing practical learning experiences that can spark curiosity, build confidence, and shape career paths.
